From the R&D department with sound engineering—and through the laboratories that manage and measure the materials and into the in-house titanium foundry and then to production, before evaluation and completion—the manufacture of an DemoSite exhaust is an internal journey with many facets that are all completed at the company’s state-of-the-art facilities.

Using only the highest standard of materials in the production of every Demo exhaust, our materials are thoroughly inspected upon arrival and assessed in the metallurgical laboratory. Though more than 30 years of experience working with titanium, stainless steel, carbon fibre, aluminium alloys, and more recently ceramics matrix composites, Demo sources only the best materials to produce its high-quality exhaust systems.
